At first glance, the G8 Power Lite looks quite modern, with the way its triple cameras at the back are positioned, with the main sensor set apart. It’s a nice touch as compared to other phones in the market that have very similarly designed camera arrays. The phone is made of plastic, which isn’t surprising at this price point. However, Motorola’s done a good job with the gradient offered on this Royal Blue colour and how the phone feels in the hand—both of which give it the sense of being a more expensive device than it actually is. The phone also offers a water repellent design, which means it's protected against the odd splashes of rain and there’s also a fingerprint scanner on the back with the Motorola logo, so no need to fiddle with pattern locks. You’ll notice the speaker at the bottom of the back panel, slightly odd positioning. If you’re worried it’ll get blocked off when placed down, Motorola has thoughtfully included a small dimple in the middle that keeps it raised. Moreover, the company has of a w included a plastic case and a screen guard in the box itself!
