At a recent event for her memoir "Becoming", former First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama made quite a fashion statement in thigh-high Balenciaga boots. The $3,900 holographic sparkling, statement boots were paired with a gold wrap dress and Twitterati just can't seem to get enough. She was in conversation with fashion icon Sarah Jessica Parker. Now, that's what we call 'dress to impress'!
