Maruti shares slip after automaker recalls 5,900 vehicles

Maruti Suzuki recalled 5,900 vehicles of its mini truck model Super Carry over a possible defect in the fuel filter. The company said that models manufactured between April 26, 2018 and August 1, 2018 will be called back by dealers for inspection and replacement of faulty parts. Shares of the automaker dropped after the news broke.
