Manmohan's advice to PM Modi on language

Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has an advice for Prime Minister Modi. Singh has said that the PM must exercise restraint while visiting states rules by parties other than BJP. His language must be worthy of the chair he holds ((BYTE)
