The Manipur govt has issued advisory withdrawing order that barred local authorities from offering food and shelter to refugees fleeing Myanmar.
After three wounded Myanmar locals managed to enter India via Manipur, the BJP-led Biren Singh government has issued a directive to administration and civil society groups to not open any camps for food and shelter for the refugees fleeing the neighbouring country after the coup
