Director Mahesh Bhatt and his brother Mukesh Bhatt have filed a defamation suit in the Bombay High Court against Luviena Lodh for making defamatory and slanderous allegations against them.
The Bhatt pair has sought ₹1 crore in damages from Lodh and also filed a restraining order so that she doesn't make any false claims in the future. The court has directed Lodh to file a reply and posted the hearing after three weeks.
Lodh reportedly accused the director of harassment and intimidation and claimed her husband Sumit Sabharwal, nephew of Mahesh Bhatt allegedly supplies 'drugs and women' to various actors.
