Liverpool's struggle in the Premier League continued as the defending champions were held to a 1-1 draw by 10th placed Leeds United on Monday night. After an early goal from Sadio Mane in the first half, Liverpool looked set to go home with 3 points but Leeds had other plans. Diego Llorente equalised for the hosts in the 87th min of play which forced Liverpool into a draw. After being forced to split points, Liverpool remains in the 6th spot, a point behind Chelsea who has played a game less.
