Amid several cases of Covid-19 infections among few teams in the ongoing Copa America, Argentina's star footballer Lionel Messi confessed on Sunday that he worries about contracting the deadly virus.
Messi told local reporters that it worries the players because there is a risk for everyone catching Covid. He added that though the players try to be careful but it's not easy and these things just happen and doesn't depend solely on the players.
Argentina was due to host this year's Copa America but withdrew at the last minute due to a surge of Covid-19 cases. The tournament was then moved to Brazil.
