In her videos, she reviews dating profiles sent by her followers and picks out an element from them that hints at the person's blandness.
According to Caitlin, beige flags are signs on dating app profiles which indicates that the person behind the profile is probably plain boring. Though being boring is not something new but now we have a name for them on dating platforms.
