Popular art collector and the newest addition to Karan Johar's Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives, Shalini Passi is all the internet is talking about. Shalini and husband Sanjay Passi's Delhi home has also become a talking point. The audience found the mega 20,000-acre mansion fascinating and they cannot have enough of the luxurious estate.
Shalini and Sanjay live in an uber-expensive and exclusive Golf Links neighbourhood of the national capital. Forget museums, the Passi house is an architectural masterpiece.
Their mansion, as described by Architectural Digest is a “sweeping curve of a home”. Their manicured lawn is adorned by a 25-foot towering Buddha head, made by renowned artist Subodh Gupta.
The house has 14 rooms. All of them are vastu compliant and carefully chosen by Shalini after seeing 20 other houses.
In an interview with Larry’s List, Shalini highlighted the Buddha sculpture as one of her top three most cherished pieces of art. The massive mansion also has a curving corridor adorned with brass mirror frames made by Shalini herself.
