Cussing is good for you! This is not what we are saying but a latest study is suggesting so. As per scientists, swearing is linked to a range of benefits and those who use cuss words more often, show signs of greater intelligence.

Timothy Jay, a renowned expert on profanity and professor emeritus of psychology at the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts told CNN that swearing helps to cope with pain.

Other than this, those who use more cuss words are likely to be good at language, and thus the cussing language is correlated with intelligence.

In a 2022 report in the Archives of Physiotherapy, it was mentioned that now women tend to swear as much or even more than men.
