A trend has emerged on social media where people can be seen sitting or sleeping on the ground and are calling it 'Sleep Grounding'. Social media users are saying that sleep grounding is helping them to relax and keeping them grounded. 

Experts have even talked about this trend and said that it helps to absorb the natural electricity from Earth's surface and has several benefits. 

How to practice 'Sleep Grounding'

You can practice this trend by walking barefoot on the grass or sitting there for a while. Some people also practice this by using indoor grounding products like artificial grass mats etc. 

Researchers said that this trend helps to lower stress, inflammation and fatigue.
