We all are aware of several health benefits of papaya but have you ever tried papaya-infused water? 

Recently, social media influencer Armen Adamjan shared its numerous benefits and how to make it. Have a look. 

To make papaya water, cut a papaya in half and peel its skin. Then scrape out the seeds and chop it into small pieces. Boil the papaya for about 5 minutes and take it out. Now, keep the water, the papaya was boiled in and drink it like regular water. 

According to Adamjan, papaya water is packed with vitamins, minerals and is good for digestion. It relieves menstrual pain, protects kidneys, helps with migraine, arthritis and has anti-cancer properties too.
