Kareena often shares update from her terrace, where she has a dedicated space for yoga. While she knows how to practice many poses, her favourite is the Chakrasana pose.
Kareena Kapoor's fitness trainer Anshuka Parwani shared a glimpse of the actor's workout routine. The diva loves doing Chakrasana, also known as Urdhva Dhanurasana or Wheel Pose. It is a yoga asana that involves arching the back while supporting the body with the hands and feet.
The name "Chakrasana" comes from the Sanskrit words "chakra," meaning wheel, and "asana," meaning pose or posture.
