Increase in uric acid level is a common problem nowadays which is mostly prevalent among many women due to which they suffer health problems like frequent urination, vomiting, and joint and back pain.

The normal range of uric acid in women is from 2.4 to 6.0 mg and it increases due to excessive fasting, diabetes, mental stress, obesity and eating junk and other reasons. Moreover, if it is not treated on time, it takes the form of arthritis (lumps in joints).

To keep uric acid under control, doctors mostly recommend decreasing consumption of cauliflower, meat, fish, mushrooms, potatoes and green peas as the purine present in them causes increase in uric acid during digestion.
