In just a year, entrepreneur Ankur Warikoo lost 10 kgs and left everyone surprised. The entrepreneur-writer took to X (formerly Twitter) and shared his before-after pictures. In the shocking transformation pictures, we can see how Ankur went from having stomach fat to six-pack abs. His chiselled jaw and fit body is the perfect motivation. Ankur Waikroo's routine since past seven years

Ankur, 43, is now completely fat-free, according to his latest X post. The businessman was inspired by Bollywood actor Farhan Akhtar. Sharing a snap of his chiselled abs, Ankur wrote, "Fat free at 43! Video releasing on the 20th, documenting the journey, hopefully inspiring others to take charge of their health."

The entrepreneur was 79 kgs when he started his journey and now is at 69 kgs. In a previous post, Ankur had explained his routine for the past 7 years, "My daily routine:

5am: wake-up (no alarm), sip a glass of water for 15 mins
515am: meditate for 30 mins
545am: do epic shit (not the book)
6am: get the kids ready for school
630am: tennis for an hour 
(wife goes to play at 530 and comes back by now, she drops the kids to the bus stop)
730am: gym for 60 mins
830am: newspaper
845am: shower and get ready 
915am: sit down to work, check first batch of email 
11am: breakfast (I fast for 18hrs and eat 2 meals at 11 and 5)
3pm: afternoon nap for an hour
5pm: dinner 
7pm: work over; time with family and kids 
830pm: read for 30-45mins 
930pm: sleep"

He ended the post by revealing that Saturdays and Sundays are exceptions.

Warikoo is yet to reveal how he became a fitter version of himself in the last one year. We cannot wait to know!
