According to a sleep posture specialist, James Leinhardt, the 'car crash’ sleeping position might be the worst for your posture.
In his TikTok video, James suggested that sleeping on your stomach with your arms stretched out on a pillow will most likely leave you tired rather than refreshed the next morning. He also revealed that this sleeping position can compress your vertebrate and could have long-term consequences.
As per James, sleeping on your side may be a better option which will also help you feel well-rested.
