Vodka butter is the new spread TikTokers are obsessing over and it's taking dinner parties by storm.
After getting inspired by her favourite drink, Chef and food blogger Carolina Gelen, introduced the recipe to TikTokers and it went viral with more than 234 million views.
The condiment is made by whipping butter with a shot of vodka in a food processor. The creamy butter spread can be served with an appetizer or a meal. As per Gelen, it goes best with salty fish.
