It's the day to surprise your partner! February 14 is celebrated as Valentine's Day every year. It is the day dedicated to love. If you are panicking and looking for some last-minute ideas to celebrate the day, we have the perfect recipe; heart-shaped momos.
If your partner loves momos, make these tasty vegetarian momos for lunch on V-Day, thank us later!
To make the delicious momos, we first need to start by making the fillings.
Ingredients used for filling
•1cup carrots
•1cup capsicum
•1cup beans
•1cup cabbage
•1tbsp oil
•1/2tbsp chilli paste
•1tsp salt
•1/2tsp black pepper
•1/2tbsp soya sauce
Ingredients used for dough:
•1cup whole wheat flour
•1tsp salt
•1tbsp oil
•1/2cup beetroot water
To make these treats, chop all vegetables in a chopper. Add oil and chilli paste to a pan and stir fry. Next add salt, black pepper, soya sauce and fry well. Next, make a dough using beetroot water to get that desired red colour. Now comes the hard part. Roll your momos in the desired rose shapes, steam them, and enjoy it hot!
After making these delicious momos, it is now time to set the table for Valentine's Day. Choose a romantic color scheme such as red, pink, and white for tablecloths, napkins, and decorations. You should also add a romantic touch with candles and tea lights. A bouquet of fresh flowers, particularly red roses, can be a classic and elegant centerpiece.
You can also buy a nice lace for the table and set it up with cute love notes. Make sure to play some romantic music or play your partner's favourite song.
