Spreading hard butter can ruin your toast, especially when you're at restaurants or at a hotel where only pats of butter cloaked in golden wrappers are available.
A TikToker recently shared the correct way to spread those pats of butter on bread, and social media users are amazed by the results.
In the video, the TikToker can be seen using a fork to poke holes in the wrapped butter cube. He then squeezes the topping out over the bread covering the entire slice with butter that looks like noodles.
With more than 7.4 million views, the video went viral on social media in no time and many users tried the hack themselves, calling it a genius one.
