Ingredients

80g Paneer
1 tbsp Milk (You may have to add more or less depending on paneer)
1.5 tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp Honey/Maple Syrup/Jaggery

Recipe to make chocolate mousse

To make it, put 80 grams of paneer in a blender along with 1 tablespoon of milk, and blend it to form a smooth mixture. Now, add cocoa powder and sweetener of your choice, and blend it again until it's smooth and creamy. Transfer it to a bowl and refrigerate it for 2-3 hours. Now, garnish it with some fruits and nuts, and enjoy your high-protein chocolate mousse.
