In a candid revelation, Sara disclosed that her preferred post-workout snack comprises Greek yogurt complemented by a spoonful of protein and a hint of coffee. While this combination might seem peculiar, Sara firmly attests to its nutritional value. "It's quite tasty, it's what I call my dessert," she affirmed, going on to note, "People make fun of me and they feel really bad - because there's fat-free yogurt, there's protein, and I am like it's yum eating but it's not."
