During summers, we love eating mangoes whenever we get a chance. However, according to experts there are certain things we must keep in mind while having the fruit.
- Mangoes should not be eaten with ice cream as this may cause digestion problems.
- Citrus fruits like lemon, kiwi or berries should also not be combined with mangoes as it disturbs our body’s pH balance.
- Avoid consuming mangoes with aerated or soft drinks as both are high in sugar content and may raise body’s sugar level.
- Do not have mangoes with alcohol either. This may cause dehydration.
- Avoid eating mangoes with meals as this causes temperature disbalance in our body. Try to have it an hour after or before your meals.
