Happy Birthday MS Dhoni: Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the former captain of the Indian cricket team, has turned 42 today. Dhoni who is currently leading the IPL team Chennai Super Kings, is a great player, businessman and a humble human being. And he’s a huge foodie too.

Being a sportsperson, he has to follow a strict routine to be fit and healthy. Dhoni is a simple man with simple food choices on a regular basis. Like any other Indian Dhoni is proud of Indian cuisines and loves all kinds of traditional dishes. For his regular meals he loves eating simple ghar ka khana like dal, rice, roti with vegetables or chicken. He loves salad with all his meals for that extra fibre and nutrition that keeps him going round the clock. He relishes dairy products like milk and lassi with great gusto.
