Actor and content creator Roshni Chopra shared this amazing recipe for cucumber cups which is easy to make, yummy and also healthy.
1. Clean and chop a medium cucumber
2. Remove the ends
3. Scoop out the Center with a spoon but leave enough at the bottom so it forms a cup
4. Use some curd, garlic, green chilli, salt and pepper to make the filling
5. Garnish with roasted and crushed peanuts and chilli flakes
PS: For non-veg fillings you can use a chicken and mayo or tuna dip as well.
