Nail slugging is somewhat similar to slugging where you first apply cuticle oil on nails and then seal them with petroleum jelly or hand creams.
However, it is supposed to be done at night when your hands come to rest, so that the cuticles can absorb oil and moisture properly.
Nail slugging is an effective method to make brittle nails stronger.
