After a long wait, Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani finally got married and their wedding pictures are now being widely circulated on the internet. However, what caught our attention the most was Kiara's 'kaliras' as it was a tribute to someone special.
They were designed by Mrinalini Chandra and they had the couple's initials on them and it was a tribute to Sidharth's late pet dog Oscar.
Mrinalini also shared a post, about their signature love story kaliras. The post read, "Amidst stars, moon , couple initials & butterflies , there is a thoughtful dedication to a beloved pet, a favourite travel destination, a little love & mischief . This kalira was all heart! Kiara, you are an incredible muse and looked like a dream as a bride! We loved making your choodas & kaliras & are absolutely over the moon to see you in our work of art for your big day!"
Recently, actor Athiya Shetty also had worn a customised kalira that was designed by Mrinalini, and it featured sun and sunflowers. Besides her, Alia also had also worn kaliras designed by Chandra which featured birds of peace carrying twigs of love.
