From McDonald’s x Crocs collaboration to Astro Boy-style boots by MSCHF, the world of footwear has seen it all this year.
Recently, French fashion brand Louis Vuitton has unveiled the ill-fitting boots designed to resemble a women's leg, with white ankle socks and a black stiletto.
The boots, designed to create a knee-high optical illusion, come with a hefty price tag of nearly $2,500 (equivalent to over ₹ 20 lakh) and are only offered in two skin tone choices.
TikTok fashion influencer Isabelle Allain, known as @izzipoopi, shared an unboxing of the peculiar boots with her 1.4 million followers on the platform.
Allain unboxed her boots which, she said, have an “integrated calf” on camera, giggling as she pulled the pair of designer footwear out of the trademark orange box.
