Oils are your best friend in this situation. Natural oils have amazing benefits that can keep the damage at bay and even help in repairing the damage caused due to colour, water and sun during Holi. For a carefree play with colours, one should include these oils in the pre and post-Holi hair and skin regime.

Mustard Oil

Mustard oil has proved to be one of the best oils for hair and skin. It contains omega-3 fatty acids which may help in reducing inflammation on the skin and scalp. Applying mustard oil before and after playing with colours can aid in the easy removal of tough colours from the skin and hair.

Coconut Oil

This is another oil that works wonders for the skin and hair and suits varied skin types. Coconut oil acts as a remover, moisturiser, treats cracks in the skin, acts as a hair conditioner and is also amazing as a lip balm.

Morrocan Argan Oil

Ideal for both skin and hair, it provides intense hydration to both. It not only replenishes nourishment for frizzy and dry hair but is also great for coloured hair, treats chemical and sun damage. A deep hair massage post-Holi is much recommended.

Bhringraj Regrowth Oil

Choose an oil that contains Bhringraj extracts, Vitamin E and other essential oils. This proves to be a great treatment for damaged hair, so recommended as a part of the post-Holi regime.

Almond Oil

Rich in Vitamin E, Almond Oil is equally beneficial for the hair and the skin. It can be used as a prep before Holi and Almond Oil massage will give good results after the play of colours.
