In a recent interview with timesnowfoodie, celebrity nutritionist Pooja Makhija shared 5 tips on Deepika's glowing skin and shiny hair.

  • Include fruits and vegetables in your diet, and consume 1 glass of vegetable juice daily
  • Drink ample amount of water, but don't chuck it down in litres. Drink a glass or 2 at a time
  • Make sure your protein intake is well calculated in your diet
  • Always have an adequate amount of sleep to feel refreshed and rejuvenated
  • Keep 4 active hours a week and make sure to exercise. It will increase your blood flow and oxygen level
