- Include fruits and vegetables in your diet, and consume 1 glass of vegetable juice daily
- Drink ample amount of water, but don't chuck it down in litres. Drink a glass or 2 at a time
- Make sure your protein intake is well calculated in your diet
- Always have an adequate amount of sleep to feel refreshed and rejuvenated
- Keep 4 active hours a week and make sure to exercise. It will increase your blood flow and oxygen level
