As per dermatologists, castor oil moisturises your eyelashes and can make them appear thicker and more lustrous but doesn't make them grow faster or denser than normal.
Experts however, suggest applying castor oil to hydrate your lashes. While it has not been proven to cause new eyelash growth, castor oil helps maintain thickness, darker colour, and hair strength. For best results, dermatologists recommend applying castor oil overnight.
