Social media is overflowing with beauty hacks and recently, actor Roshni Chopra took to Instagram to share her DIY secret to treat dark circles and tired puffy eyes using potatoes.
She mentioned that potatoes are rich in vitamins C, K, B3 and niacin which is a skin-brightening agent. That's why they work well particularly for pigmentation caused due to sun damage.
Clean and grate half a potato, squeeze out the juice and dip two cotton pads in it. Now, apply them under your eyes and leave for 10-15 minutes. The actor suggests doing this often for better results.
However, she also mentioned that it works for her when she has tired eyes or lack of sleep and it's better for you to consult a doctor if your dark circles are chronic.
