Are you faking your orgasm? Well, there are several reasons why people do that and now a recent study found that a surprising 40% of people who have sex sometimes pretend to have an orgasm because their partner has unpleasant breath.
Researchers in the September 2023 survey conducted by health and wellness imprint Innerbody Research, mentioned that many factors, both physical and mental, can make it challenging for a person to achieve orgasm and lead to the decision to fake it.
In the survey, around 1,000 adults took part and it was found that 46% of women confessed to faking their orgasms while a surprising 38% of men owned up to phoning in a phony release.
The top reason for faking it was bad breath, following a painful position, odd room temperatures, bad lighting and overthinking.
