However, what if we told you that this has turned into a trend?
After moon lighting this new trend is lurking in the corporate world. Termed as coffee badging, it is a practice that employees pick up in order to come to work just for the coffee and socialise with colleagues and leave. This gives the impression that they are working hard but on the other hand it’s just the opposite. Though it is not that prevalent in India yet, HR professionals are already cautious about it.
In the west coffee badging is being considered as a protest against back-to-office norm started by workplaces.
