The Delhi High Court on Friday was told that Delhi Police’s Licensing Unit has cancelled the registration of two Khan Market eateries, Town Hall and Khan Chacha owned by businessman Navneet Kalra.
Kalra was arrested by the Delhi Police in May for alleged involvement in black marketing of oxygen concentrators during the second wave of Covid-19. The businessman is currently out on bail.
The High Court was told that the final orders cancelling the registration were passed on July 23

Kalra argued that the FIR registered with regard to the oxygen concentrators was still under investigation while the order passed by the licensing authority assumes that the charges have been proved.
