In a huge relief for the cricket fraternity and fans, India's 1983 World Cup winning captain Kapil Dev is stable following an angioplasty which he underwent after suffering a heart-attack on Friday. The 61-year-old complaint of chest pain on Thursday following which he was taken to a hospital in Delhi. After the surgery, the hospital said in a statement that he is currently under close supervision of the doctors and is likely to be discharged in a couple of days. later a statement on Kapil Dev's Instagram account thanked his fans for their love and concern and said that he is well on the road to recovery.
