Stargazers will be in for another treat this weekend, days after Jupiter and Saturn's alignment in the sky in December last year.
As a part of a triple conjunction, Mercury, Jupiter and Saturn will share the sky in a rare phenomenon. Reports suggest that the three will appear within 2 degrees of one another in the Capricorn constellation. The three planets will form a small triangle on the 9th, 10th and 11th of January, in the post-sunset sky, the best day being the 10th of January.
However, it will not be so easy to see since the phenomenon will take place very low on the west-southwest horizon.
