Dushyant Dave, the president of the Supreme Court Bar Association has written a scathing letter to the Chief Justice of India claiming that we was not allowed to speak at the virtual farewell of Justice Arun Mishra. He claimed that despite being invited to the event he was kept on mute and he eventually exited when Justice Mishra started speaking and he realised the 'game plan'. The senior advocate said that he was not allowed to speak because the Supreme Court had come a level where the judges are afraid of the Bar. Expressing his strong disappointment over the incident he added that he will never participate in an event organised by the Supreme Court till his term as president of the Supreme Court Bar Association ends in December.
