Japan releases incredible footage of asteroid landing

Japan has just released some incredible footage taken from its Hayabusa-2 spacecraft of the asteroid landing. This was only the second successful asteroid landing in history after the first mission in 2005. The footage shows the spacecraft touching down and scooping up debris and rocks from the surface of the asteroid. This material from the asteroid Ryugu could give insights into the early solar system.
