IS Khorasan warns of more attacks on civilians in J&K: Afghan war spilling into Kashmir?

Islamic State of Khorasan Province, the regional affiliate of Islamic State's in Afghanistan, has issued a statement warning of more attacks on civilians in Jammu & Kashmir. 

The terrorist group made the statement in the 'Voice of Hind' magazine, which is reportedly its mouthpiece in India. The magazine carried a photograph of a hawker being shot in Kashmir and captioned it 'We are Coming'.

The statement from Islamic State of Khorasan Province comes amid concerns of the Afghan war spilling into India. 

The instability in Afghanistan has long raised concerns for India when it comes to Jammu & Kashmir. Now after Taliban's take over of the country, security forces and experts fear that Afghan mercenaries might involve themselves in boosting the insurgency in Kashmir.
