Started with a bang as Zomato listed at over 50% premium, the IPO market charm is seemed to be fading out.

On Tuesday, the street saw two subdued listings. Chemplast IPO was listed at a mere 1.6% premium over its issue price of Rs 541 and Aptus Value launched at Rs 333, which is a 5.6% discount on its issue price.

Aptus' retail quota was subscribed just 1.35 times against the 17.2 times subscription the issue received in total. In Chemplast Sanmar, the retail quota was subscribed 2.29 times.

Shares of cement maker Nuvoco debuted on the NSE on Monday at an almost 15% discount to their issue price of Rs 570. However, the stock managed to regain some investor interest, and closed 9% higher than its listing price.

Last week, shares of CarTrade and Windlass Biotech were listed at discounts of 1% and 4.6% from their issue prices, respectively.
