Super Sunday in IPL 2021 will see Kolkata Knight Riders take on the Sunrisers Hyderabad in Chennai. The 2016 winners will be hoping for a strong start to the series after they reached the playoffs last season and finished 3rd. Interestingly, the Sunrisers are one of the most consistent teams in IPL having reached the playoffs in 6 of the 8 seasons they've been part of the IPL. The Knight Riders on the other hand are two-time IPL champions but somewhere lost their way in the last two seasons and missed the playoffs berth. With Eoin Morgan getting the charge for the entire season, much is expected from the English captain as the KKR top-order looks unconvincing on paper. The two teams have played each other 19 times in IPL with KKR having an upper hand with 12 wins.
