IPL 2021, KKR vs MI, MI vs KKR, Kolkata vs Mumbai,

After stunning RCB in their 1st game of the UAE leg of IPL, Kolkata Knight Riders face their toughest challenge as they next take on the Mumbai Indians in Abu Dhabi on Thursday.

Both teams started off on different notes as Mumbai are coming off a loss against CSK but are likely to be bolstered by the return of regular skipper Rohit Sharma, who was rested in the previous game. They may be on the 4th spot in the league but with 4 wins from 8 games, Mumbai may find themselves in the bottom half of the points table if they don't pick up now. They have however been KKR's biggest nemesis in IPL. KKR have managed to beat MI just 6 times in 28 encounters. Moreover, Kolkata has managed just 1 win in last 12 outings against Mumbai.

KKR might come into this encounter on back of a one-sided win, but history would give defending champions Mumbai confidence to resurrect their campaign.
