As Rahul Dravid's alter ego 'Indiranagar ka gunda' continues to trend on social media, some police departments have decided to jump on the meme bandwagon.

Well... when a 'gunda' is loose can the police be far behind?

Sending out a message against road rage, Surat Police posted that whether it is Surat aur Indiranagar, 'gundagardi' is not welcome. Hooliganism looks good only in movies, not on roads, it added.

Nagpur Police decided to take on the menace of honking and posted 'Be it in "indiranagar" or anywhere. Keep your calm, avoid unnecessary honking.'

Last but not the least, the Mumbai Police, which is known for its witty messaging, used the viral Dravid ad to stress on the importance of wearing a mask as protection against Covid-19.
