IndiGo worst airline for customers, says parliamentary panel

TMC MP Derek O' Brien, who also heads the parliamentary panel on Transport, Tourism and Culture, said under recommendations of the house panel, airline cancellation charges can't be more than 50% of the base fare. Adding that airlines were charging too much, he added that tax and fuel surcharges must also be refunded to passengers. He said that IndiGo is the worst performer carrier, according to the panel, as they don't respond to complaints.
