Indigo flies high with record passengers

IndiGo has become the first Indian airline to fly more than 50 lakh passengers in a month. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation's monthly performance report revealed that IndiGo's passenger count rose 13.5 per cent in October 2018. However, Spicejet took the lead when it came to aircraft occupancy with a rate of 90.8 percent in the same month.
