Indiabulls Housing has reportedly sold Yes Bank co-founder Rana Kapoor's house in South Delhi for Rs 114 cr.
The lender in an attempt to recover their dues from Rana Kapoor backed companies took possession of the 1,234 square yards property on Kautaliya Marg in January.
Reports indicate Indiabulls is looking to recover Rs 280 cr from Bliss Valley a company in which Rana Kapoor was a guarantor.
