India’s smartphone exports to cross $1.5 billion this year

India’s smartphone exports are estimated to cross $1.5 billion by the end of 2020, according to a report by analysis and research firm techARC.

A total of 12.8 million mobile phones were exported from India between January and September 2020, out of which, 10.9 million were smartphones.

According to the report, Samsung exported 11.6 million units, distantly followed by Xiaomi at 0.6 million and Lava at 0.2 million smartphones.
