India registered 56,211 fresh Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours, pushing the total tally to 1,20,95,855, as per the data released by the Ministry of health affairs on Tuesday morning.
With 271 fatalities in last 24 hours, the death toll of Covid-19 in India now stands at 1,62,114. While there are 5,40,720 active cases which is 4.47% of the total cases, the recovery rate has further dropped to 94.19%.
