On the 17th day of the Parliament Winter Session, discussions on the contentious three Criminal Law Bills, the Chief Election Commissioner Bill and the Telecommunication Bill took place. During the discussion, AIMIM leader Asaduddin Owaisi talked about men getting raped.
Owaisi asked, "Only women get raped, men don't get raped?"
He further said that there is no provision for it. Owaisi also said that men also get stalked. As he weighed in on this, ministers started laughing, to which Owais reacted and said, "You are laughing but all of this happens. Your laughter is the proof that you know who got raped."
